Note: If you're creating additional Clans, you'll find this button in the dropdown next to your default Clan: 2. Name and Year Level Give your Clan a name and select the appropriate Year Level. For a personalized touch, consider naming your Clan something unique to your class or subject. You can even involve your students in choosing the name to make it more interactive and engaging! Don’t worry, you can always edit the name later if needed. Get your Clan ready before introducing EduBank to your classroom and start building an engaging, positive learning environment!

With EduBank, you have flexible options to pay individuals, multiple students, or even the whole class. Here’s how to get started: 1. Creating the Earn Ready to create an Earn? Click on any student and find the “Create New Earn” button. This will open a simple form—fill in the details, then hit "Continue" and "Finish" to create the Earn. Easy as that! 2. Assigning the Earn to an Individual To reward an individual student, just click on their profile, find the corresponding box, and hit the “Assign Earns” button. A personalised touch for those standout moments! 3. Assigning the Earn to multiple students Want to celebrate a group effort? Click the blue “Allocate” button on the Clan View. Choose the Earn you want to assign, then select students one by one or click “Select All” for quick action. Teamwork pays off! 4. Assigning the Earn to the Whole Class For those all-star class moments, use the Green "Everyone Earns" button. Simply select what the class is doing right, and everyone will receive their reward. It’s a great way to reinforce collective success! 5. Setting a Quick Allocate Button Streamline your rewards with the Quick Allocate feature! Click “Edit Class” to set a specific Earn to appear next to each student. Whether it’s a weekly focus or a skill in progress, one click is all it takes to reward individual efforts instantly.

Smash that "Delete Clan" button to send it off into the digital sunset. Just remember, once it’s gone, it’s gone for good—like a dramatic exit in a soap opera! Note: This will not delete your students by default. 3. Automatically Pay for Attendance Easily reward students for attending school with automatic payments! You can set the amount to fit your class needs—whether it's $1, $100, or even 50 cents.
